Jewelry Styling & Visual Storytelling Experiment

This project explores jewelry styling through four different creative sets, where each scene was designed around a single hero jewelry piece. The objective was to experiment with composition, textures and color palettes to create visually engaging imagery suitable for both portfolio and social media content.

Each set was carefully styled using papers, fabrics and complementary objects to enhance the personality of the jewelry while maintaining visual balance and brand-like storytelling. The lighting setup consisted of two main lights to highlight shine, texture and depth, ensuring the pieces remained the focal point of every composition.

All photos were captured using a Canon R50 camera and edited using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop. Short-form social media content was also produced and edited in CapCut to adapt the visuals for digital platforms and promotional use.

About the work

This experiment allowed me to combine photography, art direction and content creation into one cohesive project, developing visuals that work across both portfolio presentation and social media storytelling.

“Styling transforms objects into stories.”
