Cut-Out
I share my journey as a 2D animator, highlighting my work in cut-out animation during nearly four years at the animation studio Bombillo Amarillo.
During this time, I collaborated on multiple animated series, developing strong animation, emotion, skills in rigging, character performance, and production workflows. At the end of this post, you can find my animation reel, which also includes projects from other animated series I worked on.
About the work
The animations shown in the video below were created using cut-out animation with Toon Boom Harmony, with some scenes featuring frame-by-frame (traditional) animation. I had the opportunity to work on animated series such as “GranBanda”, “Rappi”, “La Patita Lulú”, “Minimu”, “Toycantando” (La Vaca Lola, Pinpon), “Tikititos”, “Animetricas”, and “Lara y los Portales”.
I learned how teamwork and consistency shape professional animation projects.
